Sam gave us great value for money, professionalism, and also friendliness and clear communication. His team were working in pouring freezing rain, on our sodden lawn, and still managed to clear and returf with a smile. He recommended contacts to tell our trees, and his gardening experience also came in handy when discussing some trees and bushes. I also loved the fact there was no skip getting in the way, they used a grab truck instead; it just came and scooped away all the debris . Sam Birch from HighPeak Landscap & Design recently completed a landscaping project for myself.  The design particularly required accuracy and attention to detail.  Without doubt Sam and his team absolutely satisfied these requirements,  working carefully, accurately and diligently and always prepared to put forward an alternative idea for any tricky situation that may have arisen.
At all times Sam was polite and patient, finishing on the  date quoted for the price quoted. There was also time allowed for any snagging, which I have to say was minimal.

Sam and his team were first class with the entire project. Managing the just in time deliveries to ensure the house wasn’t overflowing with materials were just one of many thoughtful processes he had in place.

Attention to detail and understanding our requirements was never a problem for his team . Throughout the project, his team were polite and very clean, always cleaning up at the end of day and keeping us informed.

Sam’s whole ethos is about customer service and putting right any minor issues immediately they were pointed out.  They also worked in and were prepared for all weathers.
